Follow the three (3) steps below to enroll at Gateway College & Career Academy!

The Enrollment Process

Step 1

Fill out the Interest Form

You can fill out the Interest Form here.

*If you still need clarification or have questions about graduation dates/courses, please complete the Interest form. Our Enrollment Specialist, Jenifer Padilla, or another staff member will contact you.

Step 2

Attend Orientation

After filling out an interest form, our Enrollment Specialist, Jenifer Padilla, will be in contact with you to attend an Orientation Session. There, you will learn more about GCCA and have the opportunity to ask any questions.

Bring copies of your:

Most recent transcripts
Most recent immunization records

*We understand that gathering your transcripts and immunization records may be difficult. Please let us know if you are unable to get these. You can still enroll without them.

Step 3

You're a Gateway Student!

If you decide to enroll after attending the orientation session, you are now a Gateway Student! Thank you for choosing us. We look forward to making your education dreams a reality. Soon after starting classes, you will meet with your assigned counselor for a complete transcript evaluation and projected graduation date.

When To Enroll?

You may enroll at any time. We offer ongoing enrollment all year.

Don't forget your supporting documents!

Once your interest form is submitted and your orientation session is scheduled, you will be asked to request your transcripts and recent immunization records. You can bring those to your Orientation Session, or if you have them beforehand, you can submit those documents to [email protected] after you submit your online interest form.
